Vietnam’s seaport industry serves as a critical link in the country’s logistics and international trade network. With over 3,200 km of coastline and a strategic location along one of the world’s busiest maritime routes, Vietnam’s port system handles more than 90% of the nation’s import–export cargo volume, acting as its primary gateway to global commerce.

These hubs have become key growth engines, driving Vietnam’s economic expansion and strengthening its position on the regional maritime map.
