At the Bai Vot - Ham Nghi (Ha Tinh) segment, the consortium of Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Corporation (Vinaconex) - Corporation 319 of the Ministry of National Defense proposed to implement the 11-XL package.
Ham Nghi - Vung Ang (Ha Tinh) project, the consortium is examined as Xuan Truong construction private enterprise - 471 Joint Stock Company - Tu Lap Construction Limited Liability Company for 11-XL package.
In the Van Ninh - Cam Lo segment (Quang Binh, Quang Tri), the Ho Chi Minh Road Project Management Board is examining assigning the XL1 package with a length of nearly 33 km, valued at VND 3,361 billion to the consortium of Truong Thinh Group - Truong Son General Construction Corporation - Construction Joint Stock Company No. 368.
North-South Expressway Project, Quy Nhon - Chi Thanh segment (Binh Dinh, Phu Yen), Project Management Board 85 is examining awarding contract package No. 12-XL worth VND 3,055 billion to Trung Nam 18 E&C joint venture - Vinaconex - Thuan An - 68 Trading Construction And Service Joint Stock Company - Hai Dang Joint Stock Company.
The consortium being taken into consideration for the Chi Thanh - Van Phong segment (Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa) includes Trung Nam 18 E&C Company, Construction Corporation No.1, Tu Lap Construction Co., Ltd., and Central Company with the bidding package XL02, which is 24 km long and has an installation value of VND 4,440 billion.
The conditions on quality, progress, and how to handle units that violate contracts have all been outlined by the Ministry of Transportation in order to pick the contractor for the North-South highway.
