Accordingly, the official dispatch conveys the opinion of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, agreeing with the proposal of the Management Board of Bac Ninh Industrial Parks in Official Letter No. 1822 dated June 30, 2023.
Specifically, agree on the policy for VSIP Bac Ninh Co., Ltd. to add the industry of "Manufacture and distribution of steam, hot water, and air conditioning" to VSIP Bac Ninh industrial park, using friendly technology. with the environment.
The Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee also requested that VSIP Bac Ninh Co., Ltd. comply with the contents stated in Document No. 8268/BTNMT-TCMT dated December 30, 2022, of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment on the addition of revenue streams. attract investment in industrial parks, urban areas, and services VSIP Bac Ninh and comply with the provisions of the Law on Environmental Protection 2020.
"The addition of industries to VSIP Industrial Park is done in accordance with the current order and regulations. The Bac Ninh Industrial Park Management Board is assigned to assume the prime responsibility for and coordinate with the Department of Planning and Investment, Natural Resources, and Environment in guiding direction. guide and implement the next steps as prescribed," the official letter stated.
VSIP Bac Ninh Industrial Park is located in Tu Son city, is a modern urban-industrial complex with a total area of 700 ha, including 500 ha of industrial park development and 200 ha of urban area. Up to now, after 15 years of operation, it has attracted 125 secondary projects with total investment capital of 2.5 billion USD, creating jobs for nearly 40,000 employees.
