SUMMARY
 
In November 2023, industry-wide production will reach 10.62 million tons (equivalent to the same period in 2022 and up 6.5% over the previous month). This includes 6.05 million tons of cement. Industry-wide consumption is equivalent to last month. In which domestic consumption increased but exports decreased slightly.
 
Exports in the month decreased because output to major markets decreased compared to the previous month. Except for Bangladesh and Taiwan (two markets that fell sharply in October), they rebounded in November.
 
In terms of products, finished cement consumption reached 6.97 million tons. Of which, domestic consumption reached 5.13 million tons, up 3.3% over the previous month and exports reached 1.84 million tons, up 5.4% over the previous month. This is quite a positive level, helping to release a large amount of inventory.
