A. Summary
 
According to the province's planning, by 2020, Dong Nai will have 39 IPs established, with a total area of ​​over 18.5 thousand hectares.
 
However, by the end of 2023, the province will have only 33 IPs established with an area of ​​10,514.69 hectares, including 31 IPs in operation, with a filling rate of over 85%; 1 IP in the process of infrastructure construction and investment attraction (Long Thanh High-Tech Industrial Park); 1 newly established IP (Long Duc 3 Industrial Park).
 
By the end of 2023, industrial parks in Dong Nai have attracted 2,111 projects, including 1,459 FDI projects and 652 DDI investment projects.
 
Currently, the province has attracted about 44 countries and territories to invest in IPs. Of which, Korea is the country with the largest number of projects and investment capital. The main investment fields are Food Processing, Textiles, Leather & Leather Products, Chemicals, Plastic and rubber products, Metals, Electrical and electronic equipment, etc.
