SUMMARY
 
Regarding Rice export: In November 2023, the country's rice export reached 600 thousand tons (up 2.36% over the same period). This is the third consecutive month that export output has been flat. In terms of markets, rice exports to China and African countries decreased sharply by 18-54% compared to the previous month. Rice export prices continued to increase, the average export price in November reached 666.7 USD/ton, an increase of 4% over the previous month and 35.2% over the same period.
 
Regarding cashew exports: In November 2023, export output continues to maintain a positive level. In particular, cashew exports to the US continued to increase compared to the previous month and increased by 23.4% over the same period. The amount of exports to China is also relatively good, although it has slowed down somewhat after exports to this market continuously increased in the previous 3 months. Some other notable high growth markets are the UK, UAE and Canada and Saudi Arabia.
 
Regarding pepper exports: In November 2023, pepper exports still maintained a positive recovery momentum. Output in the month increased by 23.7% over the same period. The upward momentum during the month was mainly due to demand from the US market continuing to increase and the ASEAN market suddenly increasing strongly (after continuously being at a low level in the previous 2 months). Besides, some markets also have improved/increased demand such as the UAE, Korea, England and Turkey.
