MoF will forego nearly VND33.5 trillion from the cut tax on kerosene and petroleum products
The Vietnamese Government has cut and waived taxes and fees worth over VND233 trillion (US$9.4 billion) in 2022.

MoF has proposed to 50% cut the excise tax on fuels and value-added taxes on all petroleum products
The tax cut is scheduled to take effect in six months, subject to the approval of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly.
