SUMMARY
 
The 2023 economy starts with many transitional difficulties from the previous year. Interest rates increased rapidly in the last 2 months of 2022 and peaked in early February 2023. The bond market is a "deadlock". Business community: real estate, construction, and renewable energy businesses are facing cash flow difficulties.
