A. Summary
 
Hai Duong currently has 24 industrial parks (21 industrial parks and 3 expanded industrial parks) whose planning has been approved by the Prime Minister with a total area of about 4,508 hectares.
 
Of these, 16 industrial parks (2,588 hectares) have been established; 11 of them have been put into operation and 1 industrial park is completing its infrastructure (with a total planning area of 1,650 hectares). The average occupancy rate of industrial parks is about 80% of the industrial land area.
 
By the end of 2022, industrial parks in the province have attracted 319 secondary investment projects. Among them, there are 251 FDI projects with a total registered capital of over USD5.1 billion and 68 DDI projects (VND10,982 billion). Of these, 260/319 secondary projects have gone into production and business activities, creating jobs for more than 110 thousand workers.
By the end of 2022, industrial parks in the province have attracted 319 secondary investment projects. Among them, there are 251 FDI projects with a total registered capital of over 5.1 billion USD and 68 DDI projects (10,982 billion VND)
In particular, the group of large projects belongs to South Korea, Japan, and China FDI in fields such as manufacturing vehicles, iron and steel/metal, textile & garment, plastic products, electronics & components.
