SUMMARY
 
Although there are no statistics on consumption in October, according to our actual observations, consumption of the whole cement industry (both domestic and export) is still slow, especially domestic consumption. In the context of the construction progress of major infrastructure projects, there are not many changes, and many large real estate projects have been suspended from mid-October until now because large real estate enterprises are facing difficulties in capital and liquidity.
 
Accumulated 10M/2022, cement production output reached 95.4 million tons, up 7.4% over the same period in 2021, while domestic consumption was slow, and export in 10 months decreased by 29.9% over the same period in 2021. Accordingly, inventories until the end of October continued to increase and competitive pressure in the industry increased, especially in the North.
